Unverified Domain Account for Tasktop Server Authentication Issue

Deleted user April 12, 2018

We use Tasktop to sync artifcats between ALM and JIRA. When setting up JIRA repository in Tasktop, I am getting authentication error from JIRA server as SSO is not supported by Tasktop. Our JIRA server is in cloud and SSO is turned on.

Tasktop support recommended a unverified domain account to gain authentication in JIRA server. Is this possible and how to go about it?

Thanks,
Ajay

Our JIRA server is in cloud and SSO is turned on.

Are you using Atlassian Cloud or are you using Jira Server on a hosted infrastructure?

Hi Francis,

Out JIRA Admins were able to resolve the issue by creating a non domain account access. Yes, our JIRA Server is in cloud and SSO is turned on.

Thanks,
Ajay
