Unsubscribe from SMS status updates

I'm just wondering how I can unsubscribe from the SMS alerts I receive from Atlasian.

I found a solution that said send STOP in reply to the SMS but when I do I get a message back saying that the number is not registered.

Hi Phillip,

I am unaware of any SMS communications that Atlassian might be responsible for sending out.  However I am interested to learn more about this.  Could you let me know more about which products you are using (Jira, Confluence, bitbucket, etc) and what product type each is (Server or Atlassian Cloud)?

Could you also let me what number appears as the sender of this SMS message?  Perhaps we can help track down the responsible party that way.
