Unresponsive/Slow-to-Respond Links

Hello! I am researching the courses most recommended for the ACP-620 certification 

(https://university.atlassian.com/student/page/840992-acp-620-managing-jira-cloud-projects-certification).

Unfortunately, between the "Skillbuilder" links on this page and the links from the Free Atlassian University, I've noticed that sometimes the page takes a long time to load (after multiple clicks) or at times produces a 504 error message.

It seems random. Sometimes, after the 5th or 6th click, the page loads. I have checked my internet connection and pulled up other pages from various other sites. I'm in Chrome, and I had cleared cache and cookies before starting my day.

In terms of "fixing" anything for me, I've been able to manage without. However, I'm posting in case this is happening to others, so we can catch it and address it sooner.

If the issue is isolated to me, of course I am open to any suggestions you would provide me. Thanks much!

Hi @laura.payne welcome to the Community!  I'm not able to recreate this issue on my laptop connected to our company network.  For troubleshooting, I'm assuming you've tried a different browser, tried it on your neighbor's PC, have your neighbor try it, and try it in another location to see if it's an isolated issue.  Hopefully it gets better for you.

@Dan Breyen I had, yes. Today it seems to be working fine for me, so I'm uncertain where the breakdown was. It was odd the way it presented when I clicked to open links in Atlassian. Only in this context did I receive the 504 error at times, but no other site (in FF, Edge, and Chrome) that I checked behaved the same way. Like I said, I can't reproduce it either now; links are opening for me.
