Unnecessary multiple user deleted webhook events fired from Jira
We are receiving multiple user deleted webhook call from Jira which causes unnecessary load on our server.
Many of webhooks even does not contain any data in it.
Are these webhooks intentionally fired from Jira or is it a bug?
