Uninstall from Mac

HI I have recently acquired a Mac desktop, so am very new to the os. I installed Tello on a whim and realised it is not what I want. I now have trouble uninstalling it and would like some help in doing so, if anyone is able to guide me in this?

I tried this way but my keychain doesn't have any sign of com.atlassian.trello etc. So Iam puzzled as to what to do next.

I would appreciate it very much if anyone can advise me further.

Open the applications folder, find Trello and drag it to the trash. Empty trash.

Sorry but that doesn't work, have tired it many times and the dam thing won't  go to the bin.

I have now managed to find it in the key chain and after removing it from there and the library the thing is still showing up in applications.
