I'm trying to integrate Jira with Reclaim.ai. I've installed the Jira app

Task Planner for Google Calendar - Reclaim.ai

When I want to allow the app to access Jira (on the Jira issue), it brings me to the page

reclaim is requesting access to your Atlassian account.

When I try to confirm by clicking "Accept", then nothing happens. On the Jira issue, there's still the message "For this app to display, you need to allow the app to access Atlassian products on your behalf."

I tried to uninstall the Reclaim.ai app (Task Planner for Google Calendar), but that gives me an "unexpected error".

I'm using a team-managed Jira Cloud project (free license).

What can I do to make this work?

Hi @Nicolas Schweizer -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As that is a marketplace addon to Jira Cloud, please try contacting the vendor by their marketplace support page to learn what they suggest:

Kind regards,
Bill
