Unexpected error occurred while creating a test execution

Hi, 

I'm experiencing an unexpected error while creating a test execution from my testing board (and test plan) in Jira. 

I go on my test plan ticket, click on "create a test execution" and then select "all tests", then "create" and i have the following error message (see attached). Then my test execution is created but with no test inside. 

Did you already encounter this kind of problem ? How to resolve it ?

Test Management is not an ootb function in Jira.

Which Test Management tool is used?

Then it's best to raise an issue with the vendor of the app.

This as the community is a public forum and as members we can't access individual Atlassian instances.

Quick checks you can do:

• Use another browser
• Use an incognito window
• Clear cache and cookies
• Disable browser addons
