Hi all - new to Jira so forgive an obvious question if this is one.
We have 2 projects in our workspace, call them 1 and 2. 2 is a very new project with the columns/settings, etc imported from 1. In project 1, I am a member. In 2, an admin.
We have no workflow rules re personnel in project 2 but I am unable to move tasks to a done column, as per the rules on project 1:

I expect that everyone in 2 can move to "Done", given that it passes the other rule, but it looks like none of us can.
We have tried updating the rules on both projects and just updating the rules to let it take effect no no effect. Any/all advice welcome - thanks in advance!
So from your images it appears that in the first project indeed you have a rule that restricts who can move it to done apparently there are five individuals that are approved. Is this correct and is it behaving according to the rule?
In your second project, as you stated, I do not see any rule that would restrict moving the issue to done. So if you are a member or admin of project to you should be able to move an issue to done. Are you saying that that is not working?

The first project works exactly as expected and the second, oddly, isn't working as per the configured rules (screens attached).
