Unassigning/Assigning Automatically Based Upon Status

I'm trying to edit my workflow to add an automatic transition to assign or unassign from/to an assignee when changing an issue's status. Reading online, it looks like I need to utilize the post-functions, but I'm not seeing a post-function option. In addition, it appears I'm a site admin so I believe I should have the appropriate permissions.

You have to select the transition into Test Ready. Post functions are associated with the transitions into status not the status itself. There is a “clear field” function you can use to ‘unassign’.
