Hi Team
After making the required changes to the views and saving the Roadmap, i am not able to view the Roadmap, when I click on plans the Roadmap fails to open, can anyone advice what has gone wrong. I have admin access to the Project. I am not able to work on the Roadmap to make changes/additions
any help on this topic would be appreciated.

Does it still not work if you go to...
If not - what happens? Is there an error message?
Does anyone have access to the Plan? If yes, and they have edit permissions, I'd get them to check your permissions...
If this errors for everyone - I would recreate the Plan with all its necessary parameters, and see if it still errors.
This will help clarify if it's likely an issue with your specific Plan configuration or not.

Hi Stephen, Many thanks. The problem may be due to access permissions it looks like it. because when I changed the configurations and saved the roadmap, the screen just went blank irresepective of multiple attempts to login/off I am not able to view the Roadmap/Plans. But others can view the same. Kindly suggest what may be the issue.

Did you try recreating the plan and seeing if it has the same errors, if this impacts multiple users?
