Unable to view notification from the left panel

Hello Team,

I am unable to view notifications from the left panel.
I am able to see notification bell icon and the notification number (9+). But when I click on that, it opens blank page and a loader.

Also, some of my teammates can experience  new JIRA but I have the same old one. :(

Can you please help me with this?

Hi Angélica,

Here are your answers to your queries:

  • This issue starts from almost a month back
  • This is specific to Mozilla Firefox browser, In the Chrome this works well.
  • I have checked developers tools, there are no errors.
  • No, I am referring to old view.

Thank you for the details.
As this is specific for Firefox, it's necessary to check if it's updated and also clear the cache and cookies. I tested using the version 68.0.1 and it works normally.
After clearing the cache/cookies and updating Firefox, please, ask someone to mention you on a ticket for you to receive a notification and check if it works.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, I will make some questions.
When did this issue start?
Have you tested using another browser or incognito mode? If not, can you test to check if something different happens?
Also, on the browser that you are using, can you check the developer tools to see if any error message appears? If so, please send us a screenshot of the error.
Related to new Jira, are you referring to the new issue view? If so, you can go to your Profile picture > Personal settings and enable Jira labs.
