Hello there!

When I move to the timeline, I want to be able to see all of my projects with their various child tasks arranged underneath them so I can understand my workload. When I go to the page I see this hierarchy perfectly.

I don't want to see "on hold" projects because we're not currently working on them, but when I change the filters to omit them, all of the tasks - whether child or parent are just listed in one long unmanageable list. Is there any way to view the projects in the original hierarchical way when looking at a filtered version of the timeline?

Thanks

Paul

Hello @Paul MacMahon

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you confirm you are viewing the Timeline view of a Plan (from the Plans menu)?

When I filter such a view the hierarchy is still displayed.

Can you provide a screen image and point out two issues that should be displayed in a hierarchical relationship but are not? And provide an unfiltered view that shows those same issue in the hierarchical view?
