Hi All, I'm trying to give access my boss for the Jira dashboard, he is using it from different country, I gave the same level of access to my colleague and boss, however my colleague who is working in my location can view, but my boss unable to view, he can able to see the dashboard, but not the data inside. I gave access to entire dashboard, and filter access too, but no luck. His name got duplicated and I can see 2 names in the contact list. I gave both the account access and still the same issue. Could someone help me in fixing the issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
As a debugging step can you provide your boss with a link directly to one of the filters used in your dashboard and confirm he can access the filter itself? If he cannot, then you have not shared the filter with him.
Also give him a link directly to the List view or All Work Items view for the referenced project and confirm he can see the issues in the project.
