Hi, I logged in my a/c and try to access to JIRA (https://enterprise-anz.atlassian.net/browse/DISD-8861) but there is an error (see the 2 lines of codes below).
I want to see the JIRA details for a system enhancement that relates to an NFR event, which is part of my BG&C role to ensure remediation is completed timely.

Hey @Owen Lo ,
As you seem to be on the Enterprise plan, that would most likely mean you have a dedicated internal team/Jira admins who usually handle these kinds of requests and questions.
If admins have set it up, you can maybe reach out to them by using Contact Administrator form.
I'd recommend reaching out to them (although this error code doesn't reveal much) 🤔
In case the internal support team cannot figure it out, and again, as you're on Enterprise plan, Jira admins can raise a support ticket on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
