Unable to upload the attachments in comment/description and also via drag & drop

Dear All,

We have faced one issue with the attachments where we are unable to upload the attachments in comment/description and unable to attach the screenshots via drag & drop.

However, we are able to attach the screenshots/files using Add screenshot/Add attachment option. We have tried reset the permissions of attachments, re-enable the plugin responsible for drag & drop but nothing is working.

Does anyone faced the similar issue?
