Unable to upload script runner plugIn in to jira data center

Recently installed Jira in my pc , i am trying to upload a script runner but under administration -> manage apps-> i did not seed upload app option  even though i have admin rights

You might want to add a JVM arg listed here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-77129

You've probably installed a version containing this one which hides the upload button by default now.

You can try installing it directly if you have an internet connection to your PC by going to "Find New Apps" and searching for Scriptrunner.

For uploading the app you would need System admin rights in Jira DC. Please ensure you have System administrator rights for the same.
