I am the JIRA administrator and attachments are enabled. The whole team is unable to upload any attachments to JIRA issues (cloud hosted solution).
Whenever we try to upload attachments to an issue, we get "failed to load ... retry" message like this
It started 2 days ago.
Is the new issue view enabled? If so, could you disable it and try again?

Hi, yes it is. I tried and I confirm it is not possible either to upload attachments or see previously attached images.
Using the old viw I get the following screen (1).
I also checked using the browser inspector and found a CORS issue between the 2 atlassian subdomains (screenshot 2)
