Unable to upload attachment

Hi, i am unable to upload any form of attachments to my issues in Jira. Am prompted with an error when i try doing so.

Hi @Sreenivasaraju P i'm having this issue when trying to put in an attachment.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

can you please check the validators for your workflow ? Have you added any validators?

Hi @Sreenivasaraju P no i did not add any workflows to my project hence i'm not sure why is this error occuring.
