Unable to upload 256 characters to Jira custom fields

Hello All,

I am trying to upload more than 256 characters through zephyr for Jira customised field. Currently its not letting me upload giving an error .

Please let me know if there is a workaround on it .

This sounds like the field you are trying to put data into is a "short text" field.  Which has limits because the database and supporting code has limits.

Either create a new field of the type "unlimited text", or correct the data so that it fits in the short text field.
