Unable to tag users in comments via Claude AI integration

Hi, I've been unable to tag users via the Claude AI Atlassian integration. The AI uses "[~account:{{account#}]" to make the API call, but the text is escaped literally in the comment body. Is this a bug in the integration or something I'm doing wrong?
