We are using Jira Cloud and we are unable to tag colleagues in a field in the board tickets created.
We have 2 fields to assign people and the first one is working , while the second one not.
Appreciate the help.
Hi @[deleted] ,
Welcome to the Community!
This is usually happening because people don't have the global permission browse users and groups.
You can check that setting (if you have admin permissions)
at sitename.atlassian.net/secure/admin/GlobalPermissions!default.jspa
Please let me know if it helps.
Regards,
Mayur
Hi Mayur ,
Thank for the reply. We have two fields where we tag colleagues.
Only one of these two has issue & we can normally tag people in the other one.
I would expect that the permissions would be common on both fields.
Isn't that the case?
