I am currently unable to submit a support request via Jira support.
When I try to submit a request, the following error message appears:
Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again

The issue persists in all cases.

It seems like there are permission related issues on your instance.
Is your user still in the service Desk Team role, do you still have an agent role (see user administration).
Or check with your Org admin on product permissions for users of the claimed domain.

I have org-admin permissions and app admin permissions for Jira.
Are there any other areas I should check?

Do you have these permissions on the site you are working with and on the site where you want to do the export, do you have the right permisisons?
As it seems the context is with 2 sites?
