Unable to start a Sprint

Am unable to start a sprint. I don't have any active/parallel sprint. Please refer to the screenshot. Kindly help.

Hello Vinesh,

Are you using JIRA cloud or Server?

Can you please provide us the JQL filter configured to your board and confirm if you are properly added with the sprint permissions on all projects returned by the filter?

Have you disabled parallel Sprints for your board or performed any recent changes to your board filter? 

It seems that the button Start Sprint is not appearing for you when you try to start a sprint. Is it correct?

Can you please provide us the exact steps you are performing to start the sprint?

Here are two bugs that can be affecting you:

- 'Start Sprint' button goes missing when parallel sprint is disabled

- User cannot start sprint error - caused by moving an issue from one project to another

Let me know if one of the bugs above matches your current scenario.

Thank you for your response. The issue was resolved the same day I raised the concern. There were couple of issue statuses that were unmapped.
