Unable to set on-call to Jira Software assignee

Hello,

I've currently made a setup in which I have created a Jira Service Management project which duplicates every request made into a Jira Software project. The issue is that, I have opsgenie integrated as well for on-call purposes but I am not able to copy the assignee from Jira Service Management to Jira Software. I have made many attempts and many different combinations but none seem to work.

I have attempted to copy the assignee from the JSM ticket as it is getting correctly assigned there due to the on-call option but it's not being copied. Also, when I try to set up any kind of automation regarding the assignee on Jira Software side the automation is not even triggering.

I have attached a picture of the main automation that I use to clone the information from JSM to Jira and the last test I did to try and pull out the information on Jira Software side.

I am sure I'm doing something wrong but I can't figure out what I can do.

I have also tested the API on curl and it shows the right information but I am not able to access the information on the automation for some reason.
