Unable to select "Test Plan" filter under All Issues

I am not able to select test plan filter under view all issues. Error: Test Plan is not applicable for current project/ issue type.

Steps: Open Jira> Issues > View all issues > Select filter

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

That is not a filter that comes with Jira natively. It was likely added by the addition of a third party app for test management that was added to your Jira environment. You might be able to determine which app that is by looking at the content of the Apps menu.

Without knowing which app provided the functionality, we can't guess at why it might be generating that error message.

Another piece of data we would need to know is the type of project where you are trying to access the filter. Is it a Work Management, Software, or Service Management project? And is it Team Managed or Company Managed?
