We have raised a request to cancel the subscription and looking to delete the credit card details , please suggest to delete the credit card info from Payment method.
if you have the necessary permission can you click on the cog (jira settings) and click on Billing link. You should be able to edit there. You can also open a support request - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
