Unable to see configure page while selecting configure button in the board, giving server error

Hi Team,

My self Viswanath from SHC(Sears Holding Corporation). I am the admin for our jira instance which was running on the URL mtjira.searshc.com.

Its presently on Our CH4 data center for PROD.

Error: Giving internal server error while accessing any board and unable to see the Configure page after selecting the "configure" option from created board. Rest of the things are fine and working as expected. Please provide me the solution to resolve this issue and do the needful.

Does it happen only for a particular board or for all the boards?

Do you know what is different with the board ? What was the last change made to it's configuration?
