Unable to see closed stories on portfolio plan

I wish to track epic progress. Actual progress is somewhere around 23% if i track on excel but on jira it is only 13% because it is not considering closed stories. How do I get exact percentage of completion if closed stories are not visible even though i have selected status as closed, to-do and in progress.

Are the closed story using a status that have Done status category ? Also have you set a resolution when a story is closed ?

I hope you are doing well.

I work with Namrata, so the workflow ends with a closed column and closed "status". i just noticed that their is no resolution field on the screen scheme.

If i add that field to the screen scheme and it is captured would that assist with the above?
