Unable to see Reports in Project Sidebar. WHY??

Created a Project and want to run reports. Documentation states to

Navigate to the Project

Select Reports from the Project sidebar.

Select a report from the Overview.

Unable to see Reports in the Project Sidebar.

go to project settings then features and turn reports on.
