Unable to see Initiatives and Features, the way Versions and EPICs are accessible in the JIRA board.

Can we add additional columns to be viewed in JIRA board like Versions and Epics as in the below screen shot..

Not that I know of - there have been requests for similar functionality before, such as for components - see JSWSERVER-8316

There are enhanced options for filters on boards - such as this app which might be a good alternative.
