Unable to scroll once I have clicked through into an issue.

My dashboard looks great with the new look, however when I click through to an issue, I am unable to scroll down.  If I zoom out I can see down the page, however for issues with lots of comments this becomes a pointless workaround as the text becomes too small to see.
