Unable to run jira server installed with licence

I have installed JDK, Installed jira. But unable to start the Jira, getting below error on web page...

Sorry, but I cannot assist you in any other way than with the help of messages.

Please, see what is in your logs. We are interested in two log-files:

1. <jira-home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log 

2. <jira install>/log/catalina.out

Check them both for error messages and get back to us with the results.
