Unable to remove user

Hi, 

I need some help or advice on the following issue. We have a coworker who is no longer with the company, so i want to remove the user account. But here i run into issues, which prevents me from removing the user. 

I belief it has to do with the fact that the user created its own instance. See screenshot below "companyname-team-sy....atlassian.net". I have no access to this instance therefore i am not able to remove the user. 

How to fix this.

Your blocker is Documented here [ID-9136] Allow org admins to deactivate managed accounts even when the user owns self‑created Atlassian Cloud sites / entitlements - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
