Unable to remove unverified Managed accounts

We have a few unverified managed accounts from people who have left but never actually used their Jira/Confluence accounts. 

If we try and deactivate these accounts we receive an error, we are also unable to delete these accounts as the option doesn't appear.

Hi @Scott Mitchell, others have experienced the same issue, as you can see on this thread. Also, there is a bug tracked on ACCESS-1015, where you can vote and add yourself as a watcher to receive updates going forward.
