The account for my teammate suddenly got deactivated and after all the efforts we are unable to reactivate it. This issue is causing us loss on active sprint time and on our performance for clients. We need an agent call immediately to solve out this problem.

Thank you for the response, we have consulted the document for guidelines and attempted to reactivate as per instructions but its not working. We need a call from support department to sort out this problem immediately
