Unable to migrate Jira server to cloud

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to migrate a small Jira Server into the Cloud, sadly I can't even get it started properly.

As soon as I try to choose my cloud destination, I get an error and nothing happens.

I have attached screenshots showing the process and the error.

I am running Jira Server on version 8.8.1.

Hi Christopher,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Just a wild guess: does your server have access to the internet? The domain altassian.com should be reachable as stated on Use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to migrate.

If that does not help: perhaps there is a more detailed error in your Jira logs?
