Unable to login to new Atlassian Cloud UI

I am trying to login using the JIRA Assistant on my chrome browser. It's saying the following. I am trying to use this JIRA assistant for the first time on getting some reporting on my JIRA. I am new to JIRA and I am not sure if i am doing something wrong here.

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable. 

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems. 
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please create a support request for assistance.

If so, I recommend you to raise a ticket for the support, at support.atlassian.com, so they engineer can better help you investigating the reason for this to be happening.
