Unable to login to URL , getting the error message

Hi Team,

I am unable to login to the below URL , i have access to the Atlassian , i work for Partner company Wipro

Atlassian

Getting the below error, could you please help me on how can i resolve it

'we are sorry that account does not exist. Please ensure you have access to this organization'

Hello @Murali Ananthapuram 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I also work for an Atlassian Solution Partner. However, I have more than one Atlassian Cloud Account.

I concurrently login to Atlassian Cloud with multiple accounts by using different browser applications and private browser windows.

For instance I am logged into the Atlassian Cloud right now in this browser using a private Firefox window and my Atlassian Community Champion cloud account. If I try to login to the Enablement Academy from this browser instance I get the same message you get, because my Champion account is not using the identity provided by my employer.

So, one thing you can try is using a private browser window where you should be prompted for your login credentials. That will help ensure that the Enablement Academy is not picking up a different identity cached in the browser.

If that still does not work, you need to check with your employer to make sure that they have followed the steps needed to ensure that you have access to the Enablement Academy as one of their employees.

Thanks @Trudy Claspill  for the reply and have a good day.

I tried with private browser it was not working. I will reach out to my organization for help. As per my colleague who is facing the same issue we need to raise a ticket with Atlassain
