After enabling SAML on our instance which has been configured with Azure AD, we are no longer able to login to our Jira Cloud instance. We are faced with the following message after authenticating against Azure AD:

message: "Unauhorized"
}

It's always recomended that you will have another domain user with Admin rights to configure the SAML options in Jira and then test the login for the Domain you are configuring
Navigate to https://admin.atlassian.com and then try to navigate to the Org you were trying to configure the SAML options and see if you can access the settings

Hi Pramodh,
Yes, we identified an issue with the configuration of SAML which caused the problem. We have used a backup account that allowed us the access needed to fix it.
