First, please edit your post to remove your colleague’s email for privacy.
Since we're community members, we can't reset MFA for you.
If it's a managed account, an organization admin can clear it under Directory > Users > Managed accounts > Security. Otherwise, your colleague will need to use their backup recovery key at login, or you'll have to contact Atlassian Support so they can verify ownership.
