I am unable to access Jira on xxxxx.atlassian.net using my account naveen.vas1@xxxxx.com. I receive the message that my account does not have access to Jira.
Could you please verify my Jira license and required group memberships and provide the necessary access?

This is a question for your Jira admin/IT Helpdesk. This community is mainly made up of Atlassian customer and as such we do not have access to other customers instances.
