Unable to login Jira

Hi Team,

I am unable to access Jira on xxxxx.atlassian.net using my account naveen.vas1@xxxxx.com. I receive the message that my account does not have access to Jira.

Could you please verify my Jira license and required group memberships and provide the necessary access?

Hi @Naveen Vas,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

This is a question for your Jira admin/IT Helpdesk. This community is mainly made up of Atlassian customer and as such we do not have access to other customers instances.

Hi Naveen!  You may need to reach out to your local administrator to get access.  Are you a regular user or an admin for your site?
