I am unable to login to Jira, I enabled two step authentication, verification app in my mobile disappeared and 24 digit recovery key lost my account is srinivas.eluri@incadea.com. Please help by disabling my two step authentication
I am unable to log in to Jira. I had enabled two-step authentication, but the verification app on my mobile has disappeared, and I’ve also lost the 24-digit recovery key. My account is linked to srinivas.eluri@incadea.com. Could you please assist by disabling my two-step authentication so I can regain access? Thank you for your help.

Hi @Srinivas Eluri ,
Just a note that this is a public forum so please consider that whenever sharing personal or sensitive information.
As for auth issues - are you the only Org admin for your sites, or there are other users who could, potentially, disable two-step verification? Also, if you have IdP connected to your Atlassian Organization and SSO is enabled via IdP, identity provider admins can, potentially, disable 2FA for your account until you get this sorted out. (the best thing in this case would be to reach out to them directly)
Additionally, I would suggest trying to reach out to Atlassian Support as they can provide better assistance and, if granted, get access to your organization to perform steps/tasks in order to resolve this.
Cheers,
Tobi
