As the message says (and as German mentioned), it would be best to reach out to your Jira admin or IT department. Try checking internally if you have an official service desk or an email dedicated to general IT support. You could also try reaching out to your manager, who will probably be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi @Vijayraja Murugan , despite the cloud tag this is Jira Data Center, going by the jira-datacenter host in your URL, so it isn't an Atlassian account problem. That "we couldn't log you in" screen is a server-side SSO failure, and the error identifier ed621846... is meant for your Jira admin: they look it up in the atlassian-jira log to see the real exception behind it.
Your open tabs show SAML SSO, and this almost always traces to one of a few things: the IdP clock being out of sync (the SAML NotBefore timing check), a certificate, audience or base URL mismatch in the SAML config, or an outdated SSO plugin. Hand the identifier to your admin so they can check the log and the SSO setup. As a quick self-test while you wait, try an incognito window or clear cookies, in case it is just a stale session.
