We just migrated our Office 365 tenant to another and have also moved the domain across. We had SAML/SSO integration set up and now I am not able to log in to make the changes on the Atlassian admin pages. Furthermore, I am not even able to log in to raise a ticket.
What can I do!?
Hi @Steven Dover I believe we have a support ticket created for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1011273
However you should still be able login to this customer portal with your other credentials. The getsupport site doesn't use the same login system that our Cloud sites use. Our support team may need some additional information to help here.

I’m sorry to hear about your troubles. I will ask someone from Atlassian to look at the thread but under the circumstances I would urge you to try using a browser’s “private window” or a non work computer to login to Atlassian support for faster attention to this problem.
