I have recently upgraded the Jira server from 8.5.3 to 8.15.0.
I'm trying to obtain a list of private filters and dashboards. According to Managing filters (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/managing-filters-938847876.html\) I should be able to see private filters included in the list, but there were no private filters listed.
Am I missing something? Why am I not able to list the private filters in the Administration > System > Filters page? The same error applies to private dashboards as well.
