Unable to link subtasks

My team used to be able to convert tasks to subtasks however now, we are unable to click anything from the list below.

So when I try click on one of the tasks below, it does not allow me to?

Does anyone have any ideas?

This is a known issue. You will need to type in the full issue key.

I know there is an issue in Atlassian 's backlog for this. I'll try to find it so you can add your vote to it.

Though clicking is not working, but if you manually type the issue key, JIRA is then able to go to next steps.

have you tried this option?
