Unable to integrate Excel to Jira using Power Query

I am getting HTML code as exported data from Jira instead of real filter values.

My Jira access is based on single sign on. Any suggestions?

Note: My CSV file is downloaded properly when put it in browser and serached.

I am not sure I have a correct understanding on what you are trying to do. Are you trying to export the search (filter) results to Excel or anything else? 

Can you kindly provide more details, as well as the list of steps you are following, the expected result and what you get instead?
