While i tried to install zAgile In jira i am getting below error

That specific error usually points to a temporary issue on the Marketplace partner’s side, rather than something you can fix directly in Jira Cloud. If retrying later still gives the same error, I would suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian Marketplace Support or directly with zAgile so they can check what’s failing in the installation process.

Since you’re looking at connecting Salesforce and Jira, you might also want to know there are other apps in the Marketplace that cover this use case. For example, at Exalate we provide a Salesforce-Jira connector that lets you set up bi-directional synchronization with flexible field mappings, which can be an alternative if you need something up and running reliably.
