Unable to install tfs4jira plug in on jira5.2.11 .Any help appreciated for TFS integeration with JIRA

I am getting below exception when trying to install tfsforjira flug in tfs4jira-2.0.2-JIRA5, downloaded trail version of both (jira5.2.11 and tfx4jira) running on win7 locally,

truned off the proxy as i have installed locally , it worked
