Unable to install add-on

Hi,

I am trying to install an addon in JIRA. However, while trying to upload the .OBR file, I get an error message saying -

<add-on URL>"cannot be installed on this Cloud instance".

Any help?

.obr files are add-ons for Server, not Cloud. You cannot install those on Cloud.

That add-on does not have a Cloud version yet, you'll need to look for something else that does the job, and has a Cloud version.
